MEET RANDY
Randy is a strength coach originally from Southern California. He found his passion for fitness while serving in the Marine Corps in 2009. Previously the owner of a gym in San Diego, Randy is now a full time coach for Tier 1 Fitness and also conducts 1-on-1 online coaching for athletes looking for a more personalized experience. A tall, skinny kid growing up, he's added over 100 pounds to his frame and is now an avid powerlifter. He has also competed in functional fitness competitions as well as Olympic Weightlifting. His current best lifts are:

Aaron is a former Division I track and field athlete (shot put & discus) and Exercise & Wellness major. He graduated from Brigham Young University in 2014 where he developed a passion for fitness. As co-founder of Tier 1 Fitness, he is here to help you along your journey to a better, more prepared self. He has a wife, 2 children, and 3 Alaskan Malamutes.
