HOW IT WORKS
- 3 membership options: Bronze (monthly), Silver (6/mo), and Gold (1 yr)
- Interactive comments section - get to know the other members and your coaches!
- Workouts are posted every night for the following day. There are 5 sessions per week, but newer or deconditioned athletes should work thieir way up to completing them all.
- Tier 1 Fitness workouts are designed to benefit novice AND advanced athletes and are completely scale-able.
